Birthday Present

I am a horrible friend. I forgot about a friends birthday. Can't believe I did that. Anyways, I decided to get her a mug having to do with our favorite books but then I found out she has it already. Then after that fell through, I decided to make her something instead. At least I know she doesn't have this, so I made her a scarf! I just hope she likes it. :)

A Little Bit of OCD

I bought a skein of the yarn that makes those ruffle scarves and I finished making the scarf last night but because I'm crocheting it, it turned out shorter then I expected. So now I'm remaking the scarf but it's definitely not long enough. I decided to use the biggest hook that I have which is an 11.5mm, so hopefully it turns out better this time. I'm making this a belated birthday gift so I want it perfect.
